Our team is a fusion of seasoned expertise and diverse skills with a collective background of over 300 years of engineering and design experience, and 50 years of business experience.
Started by CEO and lead Engineer Scott Zurn, P.E. in 2015, we’ve come together with different expertise to create a strong, yet agile team of engineering, design, and business professionals. We have a common vision to help change the industry and serve the people who need us most.
Beyond our expertise, what unites us is a shared aspiration: to revolutionize our industry and design a sustainable future. There are many things wrong with traditional thinking in business as well as engineering and architecture firms, we’re working every day to solve problems and innovate locally and nationally.
